Today is our IC5 final presentation for com skill. We need to wear formal with our student admin tag. Is a 4 to 5 min duration. We need to present a topic about myself. So i decieded to talk about "HDB flat under renovation". I wan to present this topic is beacuse this is my first time renovate my house and i wan to share this topic with my classmate. This week we learnt Application of Differentiation on C.maths. This topic is about functions. graphs and limits. Is use the derivative of a function to understand its graph and its behavior.

Yes...am veri happy that our holiday has extended for a week due to H1N1 but very sad to say is we still need to do self learning at home..=( Met up teammates for the P.D project session. We are supposed to do a parachute using a tennis ball and the objective is to see how long can the parachute stay in the air upon dropping it at 3 storey high.

Summary:

First we cut the string into 3 of the same length.

Secondly we use 2 of the strings to tie a knot on both side of the plastic bag handle.

Next we tied the 2 strings together and used the other string to attach onto the knot of the 2 strings.

Lastly, using the single string attached with the 2 strings, we used it to tie around the tennis ball tightly as to prevent the ball to slip off.

Today is the 2nd week of term break. My projects still haven't do finish. OMG! But dun worry i will get in done before school start. I will be doing dreamweaver today as part of my self study and also my homework for the term break. =)

Today is the first week of term break holiday. Actually this team break is to let us catch up those subject that we can't catch up. And also lot of projects and assignment to do. This week i have met some of my friends to do our projects at the national library. We are suppose to do group work project but they dun have the dreamweaver. So we did C# project instead. And we do our group work project in school tomorrow. We stay inside the library for 4 hours, but we manage to finish some small part of our projects. Yeah!! But still long way to go.

We learnt about "Magnitude Comparator" for Digital Electronics. The circiut using a 4 bit binary comparator to compare two binary numbers. It test by inputting the comarsion value. After everything i will go into my 2weeks term break and there will be lots more assignment and projects going on..

Been busy this whole week,but not to forget to blog for this week's blog..haha =) i got B for my 1st presentation but sadly to say is that for the 2nd presentation i got C...i must improve and get better next time. BAD news..everyone failed for their BIS, quite shocking. Haha. Well not much to say about this week as it is the same, more tests and there will be a com skill assignment about conflicts whereby we have to form a group and make out a skit scenario and must be sumitted by this coming thursday for approval..=) Yup that's all i got to say for this week's blog, will update more pics soon..so stay blog-ed. Yup..a week has past, and have to update my blog again..=) I'll start up with the presentation first, it was quite good as i can say haha..i'm not nervous anymore when speaking up infront of my classmates..=) well it was at least better than before but still there are some holes needs to be patch up..=) YESS i will continue to do better...JIA YOU! This whole week there is hell lots of test going on and i was like still unsure of what to do for my test...OMG i don't understand alot about BIS computer stuff or whatever haha..=) As for the others modules i still can manage quite abit and hopefully i'm able to pass my tests woohoo..=) I shall stop blogging about my school stuff for this week and after all these test i thought of having a good rest and indulged myself for abit..haha. Went to "thai express" last tuesday with my bf, we order not really much but the food there was great. We had a sumptuous meal and after that we went to "andersen's" to have our dessert..haha at first we wouldn't what to order so it's like we have 3 orders and it came down to 2 finally but we took like half an hour to make up our decision..haha so stupid of us. =)

3rd post!!!

I had my presentation on last thursday. It didn't goes well as planned..i fumbled during my speech and my mind gone blank. As the whole thing goes i was like so nervous and i talked so fast as if it is like the speed of a train. Well that's fine, what's worst is i did quite alot of inappropriate action which i'm not suppose to do and still i did it..but it's ok things doesn't goes well upon the first time, i will improved in my presentation skills and get myself prepared for the upcoming presentation on my next com skill lesson. 2nd post!!!

Time flies.... One week is over already. Last wednesday i go for my make up quiz. I take back my paper on friday. I was so scare that i didn't do well. End up i get 8.5 for my quiz.

Next week i have test. So i need to study for this upcoming test. Just now met up with my classmates to pasir ris, managed to find a quiet place to settle down for us to concentrate studying. Though we are busy with our own matters, but no matter how busy we are, we still must find some time for our school test, projects or even exams. Poly life is unlike ITE college life. During ITE college life, though we also have exams, projects or presentations but we are still able to squeeze out some time to chill around. Poly life is much more stressful compared to ITE college life. So this time round i really must study extremely hard for all our tasks that the lecturer has given to me. Lecturer has put in their hard effort to coach me. So i can't disappoint them too and most importantly i can't let myself down. Since i have chosen this course, i must aim for higher grades. I will tend to make mistakes. Most importantly is i learn from my mistakes. Then i will be able to understand furthermore in our next exams and will not make the same mistake again. I'm sure i will try my best to achieve good results in every single tests or exams...

Smart Goals!!! 1st post!!!


This week's lesson i have learned about "Set Theory and Logic" topic for computing mathematics class. This lesson's duration is 2 hours. It is held on every monday and friday. Computing Mathematics is a topic which i have never learn before as from the beginning im not from Informatic Course. On 8th may, i have a quiz on "The Number System" topic, but i did not attend the quiz because i have to attend my graduation ceremony at my ITE College (Simei). But i have a make up quiz class on next wednesday, 13 may.


Computing Mathematics is a course which i really need to learn from basics. If u do not know the basics, it will be very difficult for me to understand the lessons and to be able to adapt it. So i must pay attention to every lessons and study hard to achieve good grades for this course. i promise that no matter what difficulties i meet, i will try my best to solve it.
